The luxury jewellery house Bulgari, owned by LVMH, has officially launched its Canadian flagship boutique at The Colonnade, 131 Bloor Street West in Toronto. This location is currently the only store in Canada to offer Bulgari’s exclusive high jewellery collection, as well as a selection of fragrances. The boutique itself stands out as an architectural highlight.
Encompassing over 3,000 square feet, the store is distinguished by a striking curving glass façade designed to create a dynamic visual effect for passersby. The façade draws inspiration from Bulgari’s renowned Tubogas motif—a flexible, tubular chain that pays homage to the brand’s heritage of signature craftsmanship. White marble accents, mirroring the entrance portals of Bulgari’s iconic Via de Condotti flagship in Rome, further define the exterior. One such portal serves as the store’s grand entrance, welcoming clients into an impressive interior space.
South Star provided the curved glass, utilizing advanced Hot Curved and Chemical Tempering techniques to meet the elevated standards required for the store’s façade.
