Project Details:

Located in Central, the office room of Swire offers sweeping views of Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour. However, direct sunlight streaming through the windows caused significant indoor temperature imbalances, making the environment uncomfortable for executives. To resolve this issue quickly and effectively, South Star Glass recommended the installation of VacStar vacuum glass and Retrofit System. VacStar vacuum glass incorporates advanced insulation technology, featuring a vacuum space between two panes of glass that greatly reduces heat transfer and maintains stable indoor temperatures. The special components further enhance thermal efficiency and comfort. Installation was meticulously planned for weekends and holidays, ensuring that work was uninterrupted and executives did not have to relocate. As a result, the client benefited from improved comfort, continuous access to their workspace, and enhanced productivity—returning after the weekend to a consistently comfortable and efficient office environment.
