Situated in the bustling district of Mong Kok, 700 Nathan Road is a premier Grade A commercial property owned by Link. The shopping mall, T.O.P This is Our Place, stands out with its direct connection to the MTR Mong Kok Station and comprises an eight-story retail complex, fifteen floors of office space, and a sky garden, establishing itself as a prominent modern landmark. All balustrades in the development are fitted with specially engineered laminated glass panels. These panels feature an advanced interlayer known as SGP (SentryGlas Plus), which is a high-performance material that greatly enhances strength and safety. Additionally, wire mesh is incorporated within the glass, providing structural reinforcement and giving the panels a distinctive vintage look. In June 2018, the mall received the prestigious "Hong Kong Retail Construction Champion Award" at the "International Property Awards 2018 - Asia Pacific Property Awards." This award is highly regarded in the industry and is granted to projects that demonstrate outstanding achievement in retail construction, innovative architectural design, and exceptional quality standards.
