The New Sydney Fish Market, a landmark development designed to revitalize the waterfront and attract both locals and tourists, opened its doors to the public on January 19, 2026. South Star played a key role in the project by supplying over 500 meters of custom-designed, safety-glass balustrades, which not only enhance the aesthetics but also improve the safety of the market’s public spaces.
